to value an item if nothing else like it exists anywhere on the internet,
especially if it is vintage or antique. With such items, you can make us
an offer on it -- tell us the most you will pay for it. We will accumulate
the offers, then sell to the highest or best offer.

If your offer is less than another person's, we notify you by email, so
you can make a counter offer, in a given time frame that we specify in
our emails that keep you apprised as to the progress of the item.

Where you see the button Make Offer you will be able to to place your offer on that particular item. Your
offer must be more than the 'Starting Price', to be considered and receive
email updates, and your offer requires that you to buy the item if it is
accepted by us.
Our 'Make Offer' plan is fun and flexible -- you can research the item
fully on the internet before making an offer, and you are not rushed. We
may accept any offer quickly, or wait several weeks for other offers. You
can also specify a time limit that your offer is "good for".
